Do I need to attend a board meeting when I submit my ARC request?
No, you do not need to attend a meeting. In fact, the ARC likes to review the data, take a look the property, and ensure that we take all items into consideration so an immediate answer will not be possible. However neighbors are always welcome at the Board meetings but an immediate response to a request will not be possible.
What if my request is rejected?
Should your application be rejected by ARC, you have the right to appeal your case to the Board of Directors of The Jonathan Association.
What if my request is approved?
Generally you will be given one year to complete the project. Please note, approval from ARC does not include approval from any state, local, or city governances. Those must be obtained as well before completing any and all projects where required.
